JOB PURPOSE

To oversee all the expanded scope of Internal & External Trainings To meet the deined AOP Targets
 
  • Lead the GMR AA: Business Development, Marketing & Customer Relation Program. Develop & Implement BD Strategy, design & implement various Schemes & Initiatives, Trade Participation, Marketing & Communication Strategy
  • Effectively manage large no. of Customer Relations, Stakeholder & Regulatory Relationships for Cargo-centric Joint Initiatives, Strategies, Infrastructure Improvement & Training Development as per customer requirements
  • The incumbent will be responsible for development & marketing of courses, placement of external participants after completion of course digital marketing and branding of GMR Aviation Academy.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA in Marketing & International Business or Higher degree in Aviation Education

  • Experience in social media marking.
Working experience in similar role in academic Institutions, program development experience with International bodies and deep domain knowledge of Aviation Trainings.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 18-20 years in Training & Development, BD, Strategy, International Business, Marketing, International Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Strong B2B & B2C Customer Relationship and Negotiation Skills
  • Knowledge of recent developments, policy changes in International Trade, Opportunities & Restrictions
