JOB PURPOSE

The job requirement is to develop & manage the right category mix of F&B , Services portfolio at the Airport to cater to the needs of Airport passenger. Create an environment which enhances Passenger experience thereby gaining the greatest commercial potential and the highest possible revenue per passenger. F&B, Services contribute to almost 55% to the Non-Aero Revenues and 20% of the Airport Revenues. These are a significant part of Airport Revenues for attaining sustainable growth and achieving the budgeted EBITDA

Drive Revenues through existing Business Partners and Lead Business Development initiatives across The Services Portfolio ( Fixed Accounts, Forex, Parking and Ground Transportation ). This is a critical vertical Head Role responsible for management of  both JV and non JV partners.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 10-12 years of experience with at least 5 years’ experience in Retail/ Channel Management function at Regional/ National level
