JOB PURPOSE
Lead and ensure Operation & Maintenance of various assets associated with Airport P&E - Mechanical/ Electrical with high level of operational efficiency, without compromising on safety, quality, time & cost.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with Government statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Central Electrical Authority, State Electricity Authority, Pollution control board, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates for certifications
Interact with stake holders of the projects to understand their requirements and educate them on particular systems.
Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for design & smooth execution of the project.

Interacts with other departments for efficient coordination of works

- OPEX Budget – 300 crores
- Capex Budget – 100 ~ 2000 Crores ( as per Management / AERA approval)
- Electricity purchase Budgets: Rs.196 Crores
- Electricity usage recovery Budget for users and concessionaires: Rs 92 Crores
Water recovery of Rs 5 Crores from various concessionaires

- Providing HT/LT Power services at 70 service location comprising of Airport Buildings, Substations, Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings etc. geographically distributed virtually over the complete GHIAL.
- Manage 2198 lac units annually of power at more than 87 different main distribution points with 43 MVA peak power demand.
- Maintaining an average of 47% power recovery in terms of cost.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical) with +15 Years of experience
- Certifications in ISO
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Job profile requires Minimum of 14 to 15 Years of relevant and 20 + years of total experience in Design and Project Management
