JOB PURPOSE

Accurate and Timely Processing of Payments, complying with applicable policies and procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Payment Processing as per SOP:
    Prepare and flash Daily and Weekly Fund reports
    Prepare and flash Weekly Ready-to-Pay reports
    Adherence to the approved instructions from Business/Team Manager
    Preparation of Payment Documents and SAP Accounting entries
    Coordination with Business and Banks for Payments, and ensure confirmation
    Update Payment Completion Report
Performance as per defined SLA
Stakeholder Interaction: 
    Adequate and timely communication and query resolution
 
No of Queries resolved and Aging of Unresolved Queries
   

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Stake holders/ Business User Team
  • Internal SSC Team
     

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

    Zero loss due to duplicate payments or double payments to vendors for SSC Processed invoices and Payments

OTHER DIMENSIONS

    Volume of Payment Transactions approx. 8,000 – 10,000 per month

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Com/BBM/BBA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    1 to 3 years of  responsible position in a finance and accounts department
    Exposure to SAP preferred   or other standard Enterprise-level ERP
    Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation preferable
