JOB PURPOSE

Ensure SLA’s are met by overseeing the activity of the assisting team. Take charge of operations in the event of the assistant’s absence. Work towards ensuring. Report non-compliance issues from any quarter and enlisting the same through reports. Cost control check and preparation of travel reports

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities
    Ensure the initial assignment of TRs is proper and in compliance with the company policy and vendor responses are within the SLA.
    Ensure clearance of vendor invoices, credit notes and expenses coming to the desk on a daily basis. Verification of the amounts on these invoices becomes imperative before validation.
    Liaison with F&A teams to resolve/close impending issues. Report noncompliance issues from any quarter and enlisting the same through reports. 
    Cost control- check for lower fares and strive for continuous procurement of cost effective fares.
    Adequate and timely communication and query resolution

Continuous interaction with vendors after assigning TRs

Liaison with F&A teams to resolve/close impending issues. Report non-compliance issues from any
quarter and enlisting the same through reports.
Liaison with employees to regularize pending TRs

  • Ensure that there is no leakage of  income

OTHER DIMENSIONS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commerce Graduate 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Shared Service Centre experience will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience is essential
  • Exposure to SAP preferred or other standard Enterprise-level ERP
  • Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation preferable
  • Working skills in MS Office suite especially MS Excel
