JOB PURPOSE
Ensure SLA’s are met by overseeing the activity of the assisting team. Take charge of operations in the event of the assistant’s absence. Work towards ensuring. Report non-compliance issues from any quarter and enlisting the same through reports. Cost control check and preparation of travel reports

Accountabilities
Ensure the initial assignment of TRs is proper and in compliance with the company policy and vendor responses are within the SLA.
Ensure clearance of vendor invoices, credit notes and expenses coming to the desk on a daily basis. Verification of the amounts on these invoices becomes imperative before validation.
Liaison with F&A teams to resolve/close impending issues. Report noncompliance issues from any quarter and enlisting the same through reports.
Cost control- check for lower fares and strive for continuous procurement of cost effective fares.
Adequate and timely communication and query resolution
