JOB PURPOSE
- Assist senior lead with the design management for the given project.
- Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure all typical details, cross sections, dimensions etc. as required for execution are available for the given project

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist senior lead with the design management for the given project.
- Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure all typical details, cross sections, dimensions etc. as required for execution are available for the given project
Ensure the latest version of GFC drawings are utilized for execution by the vendors, Highlight discrepancies if any in drawings with respect to site condition during execution.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
•Interact with Client, external consultants, vendors / contractors, BCAS , Customs , Immigration and CISF.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Managing Multiple Vendors and their staff
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Reporting Manager, team members and other cross functional teams, User Departments.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
•CAPEX worth at least 20 Crs.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
2-4 years of experience in various finishes works for commercial Buildings like Malls, Hospitals, Hotels Commercial, Industrial, Ware housings & public utility buildings.
