JOB PURPOSE
- To integrate the Business data and Manage Reviews for Commercial Aero department.
- Support in keeping track of the Departmental/ Vertical wise progress on Key Initiatives / Action Plans and CIPs.
- Prioritise and track NFAs for the department.
- Manage and track the Training and Development calendar for the team.
- Process and follow up on the PO/PR for department’s Expense contracts.
- Organize monthly R&R events, SPOC for HR Buddy program...
- Track and consolidate Stakeholder meetings data.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Manage and consolidate Revenue and KPI’s data, AOP vs Actuals, from all verticals on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis. Timely collation and presentation to CCO, as per the Frequency.
Track Key Initatives and their progress, Schedule and organise Weekly, Monthly, Ad-Hoc Meetings and Business reviews with Aero Teams Regularity of Meetings with clear prioritized agenda.
Collate and make PPTs for Aero Commercial by taking timely inputs for Senior Management meetings such as Steering Committee Meetings, Airport Management Committee, CEO Reviews, E.D Reviews, BCM Reviews Timely preparation of PPTs as per the desired formats.
Manage the master list of Vertical wise Initiatives/ Plans/CIPs and follow-up with the teams on their progress based on priority. Weekly updation
Preparation of NFAs, Review and validate the NFAs for relevant info; prioritizing them for approval and follow up with relevant departments.
Review As per the Timelines
Maintain a consolidated record of Department level Expense budget and spend, in coordination with Vertical Heads and Finance. Monthly updation
Manage the coordination for Conferences and Senior level Stakeholder discussions for CCO. Arrangements for Special Events, VCs etc Timely arrangements with relevant documentation.
Maintain the Training and Development calendar of Aero Team and track progress.
Liason with HR to organize relevant trainings on time and coordinate with HODs to schedule the same. 100% Training completion for the team as per TNIs
Communication of Key circulars/ changes in certain processes to the team, on behalf of CCO As and when required.
Facilitate H.R related interventions for Enhancement of Employee Engagement initiatives such as P-Touch, Organising monthly R&R activities, fun@work as well supporting other intiatives of EE and working towards improving the teams.
EE Score
Track and ensure timely completion of PDM deployment, Goal sheets, PMPs etc. Timely completion
Maintain a Stakeholder Management Calendar and track the relevant meetings. Issue MOMs and update the Stakeholder meetings details for onwards submission to CEO. Weekly updation
File Mgmt. : Systematically filing all the imp and confidential files of HOD office & Regulatory documents files. 100 % adherence
Receive and forward all regulatory & internal communication to respective teams after HOD review. Coordinate with respective Team Members for closure of such Communications. 100 % adherence
