JOB PURPOSE
The Role needs to support Commercial Aero dept & Aero related vertical with the activites like Gathering of Airline office space requirement, Vendor Management for L&S Projects, Aero Related Business SAP (Fuel Farm, Land & Space, BME, GHAs, other businesses)

Accountabilities
Land & Space
Gathering of Airline office space requirement and Identification of available space at the airport based on their specifications
Arranging walkthroughs along with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Airline and GHAs airport operations team to understand their requirement
• Technical Services for Electrical ports, Fire Sprinklers and HVAC requirements
• ARFF for smoke detectors and fire extinguishers requirement
• Gathering layouts from central projects and master planning
• Civil Team for internal construction adjustments as per requirement
• IT ports identification and installation as per airline requirement
Handing over of space
• Finalization of proposal/ space by airlines and GHAs
• Collection of security deposits and other compliance related documents
• BDDS checks by CISF along with security team
• Signing off of HOTO formalities with new/existing airlines and GHAs
Revenue Management of allocated Land & Space
• Ensure adequate coverage of non-aero charges exposures through SD collection for new commercial space
• Ensuring additional SD top up for all the amendatory space agreements of existing spaces
Land & Space related Audits
• Conduct Space, 5S & Fire Audits at PTB, AEMB & Airside at regular intervals
• Sharing the audit report with the respective external stakeholders and ensuring the closure of all the observations by following up with stakeholders
AOP creation and budget forecasting
• AOP creation pertaining of airlines and GHA land & space and tracking the performance on a monthly/regular basis
• Budget Forecasting (Capex and Opex) for Repairs & Maintenance and tracking as per budget spent vs budget approved
• Plan and implement new/ identified initiatives to meet set AOP targets
Land & Space Stakeholder Management
• SPOC for addressing Airline’s and GHAs queries pertaining to L&S
• Resolution of Queries received by coordinating with internal stakeholders for obtaining requisite data for quick resolution
• Repair & Maintenance of Land, Workshops & Space areas allotted to stakeholders
L&S Performance analysis & tracking
• Updating the trackers for all the key projects of L&S on weekly basis
• Preparing Note for Approvals related to L&S for assessment by Senior Management as per DOP

Vendor Management for L&S Projects
• providing required support to vendor by coordinating with cross functional team for on time execute on of the works
• Ensure timely Completion of Projects taken up as part of Land and Terminal development (leasable areas) & Regular monitoring of the progress of Projects for operationalization as per agreed timelines
Aero Related Business SAP (Fuel Farm, Land & Space, BME, GHAs, other businesses)
• Seamless processing of SAP related workflow within set timelines
• Ensure Contract creation in SAP as per License Agreement, with escalation and revenue share conditions if applicable, and update SD details.
• Creation of PRs, GRN, SES, invoice and SAP workplace processing with adherence to timelines for Aero Related

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Any Full time Degree/Master’s Degree (Preferred)
