JOB PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities include handling all Statutory and Regulatory clearances and compliances for HYD ALD Projects and Operating Assets

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Stage:-

Obtaining regulatory and statutory approvals and/or clearances related to the Business Height Clearance from AAI (Airports Authority of India) Environment Clearance approval from MOEF&CC/TGPCB (Ministry of Environment and Forest and climate Change /Pollution Control Board),CFE approval from TGPCB, Building Plan approval from NAC (Notified Area Committee),Provisional Fire NOC from TS Fire etc. 
Support for Approval from SEZ Authorities: 
•    UAC (Unit Approval Committee),
•    DC (Development Commissioner),
•    DDC (Dy. Development Commissioner),
•    SO (Specified Officer)
•    AO (Authorised Officer)

Operations Stage: 100% Regulatory/ Statutory Compliance Monitoring & Adherence
•    Create a database of Compliances already obtained
•    Track each compliance for renewal and apply well in advance
•    Ensure Environmental Monitoring of GHAL,GHASL and GLPPL by approved MOEF third party in time and maintaining and submitting          reports to PCB regularly.
•    Comply all the statutory compliance and submission of returns online/offline to PCB,MoEF  in time without any Non Compliances
•    Filling of Monthly data in ESG Updapt tool in time with out any delay and should have good knowledge on ESG,BRSR reporting.
•    Ensure Legatrix compliances of GHAL,GHASL and GLPPL.
•    Should have good knowledge on Environmental Acts, Rules and NBC and Fire rules.
•    Ensure that the specific conditions mentioned in each compliance are adhered to. Ensure the Periodical Reports to the respective               Authorities of VSEZ/PCB are submitted on time.  
•    Ensure that All the Statutory norms are complied.
•    Ensure maintenance and development of relationships with stakeholders and statutory authorities.
•    Ensure compliance with safety, fire and environmental standards and various standards/policies of GHIAL & Statutory Bodies.
•    Follow up with SEZ Office for approvals of BOM/BOQ for functionality and operations of SEZ
•    Hotel related Compliances – PPL, Liquor, Food, Fire, Police etc.

•    Compliance Audit

•    Safety Audit
•    Finance Audit
•    MAG Audit etc.
Document Control Ensure relevant records are completed accurately and legibly with the fullest of facts and that follow up action is taken as necessary.
Ensure proper records are maintained and documents are kept safe in a fire proof location.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate (Preferably M.SC/M.Tech BE/B. Tech/in environmental science /Environmental Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)

     

  • Extremely good interpersonal skills. & Excellent communication skills (Both spoken and written)

     

  • Good networking skill especially with all key stakeholders like Govt. Functionaries.

     

  • Problem solving skills . Identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Environmental Compliance,Sustainbility,Fire Compliance,Project Management,Document Management
  • Background of handling Govt. related matters.
