Managing the operations of the AR Closing & Reporting process including revenue accrual, customer advances & receivables ageing analysis, preparation of MIS & revenue assurance activities.



Accountabilities    Key Performance Indicators
    Generation of billing Sales order on daily basis
    Review and rectify the errors related to SO creation
    Timely closure of billing activities
    Follow up with internal & external teams for timely billing
    FN MIS to management
    Timely closure of Month end accruals for billing
    Preparation of Audit schedules and resolve Audit query if any
    Support Audit query resolution along with team
    Closure of all the lower-complexity problems independently         Billing TAT as per SLA
    Timely circulation of Accrual workings for approvals
    Time to Close month-end processes

    Timely submission of KPIs for the process
    Accurate and error free billing         Accuracy and timeliness of Query response
Process Improvements 
    Ability to identify gap’s in the existing OTC processes 
    Suggesting improvement areas where opportunities exist         Improvement in Accuracy, TAT and other SLA parameters

Stake holders/ Business User Team
    Point of contact for exceptional scenarios
    Provide support during audit period with the data requirements 
    Internal SSC Team
    Reach out to other SSC team members for quick resolution of open issues & escalations 
    Coordinate with SAP team for relevant developments and automation
    Discussion with TAX team for new TAX law and its implication in the process




  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce with 4 to 6 years post qualification experience
  • Good knowledge of current India TAX laws
  • Handle Audit and provide justifications to Audit queries

Work experience in similar role in an SSC environment will be preferred
