JOB PURPOSE
To execute L&D initiatives across the group as per the training plan and defined SLAs with operating companies to enhance the competency level of employees.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
End to End Training support from receiving Identified Training Needs to closure of the attendance and feedback post conduct of Classroom training programs. As per TNI received and execution as per training plan
E-learning course support from uploading, weekly mailers, follow-ups, cancellations, and manager mails to employees for completion of TNI. On time without any quality issues
Coordinate with vendors for nominating employees and support for payment process of external training programs. On time nomination processing
Supporting Development initiatives starting with Nomination Process – Program Launching – Modules – Project assessment- Closure for LDP, ELP, YLP Transform and Alchemy (360Degree Feedback, Coaching), GET/MT, PDD, DC and TMG. As per plan
Monthly reporting of MIS for all Business as per the template provided. By 1st week of every month
Training path, Induction on Workflow tool and SOP updation and Assessment for SSC Business As per plan
User Acceptance Test (UAT) for Goal Sheet, Mid Year PMP, Annual PMP and other Process Improvements. Within timeline
Anchor new hire induction coverage & NJP survey & report in
Dashboard No of Induction Programs
Be the subject matter expert to support Navyata Portal LMS content and
coordination and support Service Central queue reviews on Navyata
portal As per plan
As per TNI inventory received, design and roll yearly, Half Yearly,
Quarterly and Monthly Training Calendars. Training Identified Vs Actuals
As Per timeline for SSC Operations, drive and ensure “License to
Operate” Program for all roles No of License to Operate completed/
effectiveness of new hires in SSC
Support in designing & alignment of required eLearning program/
Courses As per requirement
Effectively handle issues/ escalations raised by all-users/ internal
stakeholders and implement control measures for non-repetition.
No. of escalations/ concerns raised
by Stakeholders.
Managing and answering L&D related queries raised in ASK-HR SLA Adherence as per ASK HR
Share monthly dashboard depicting coverage & effectiveness measures

Trainers & Vendors – Training firms, Government organizations, and Management Institutes / Professional bodies.

IT and FMS for any logistic and technical support. |
Interaction with SSC TA and WFA team for new joining and planning for new joiner induction |

- Support adherence to training budgets within guidelines.

- Graduate in any discipline
- Master’s in management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
