Stakeholder’s Management – Deliver zero surprise environment by effective resolution of escalation 

Lead time (End to End)

Operation Score card accuracy maintain

 % of discrepancy in monthly Operations review 

Process Improvement idea generation

No. of Ideas identified and accepted by HRO Head.

Capability Development for Self through CRT, VMDC and other learning tools

% of TNI Completion
