JOB PURPOSE
To Lead and Manage team of technical professionals to achieve maximum availability of entire Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems in ALS Buildings like water distribution & Firefighting system, Building HVAC systems, MEP services of Buildings (ALS), Water Treatment plant, water Storage and Distribution Systems in a cost-effective manner complying with all safety, environmental and statutory norms.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To Ensure and maintain & uptime of Critical Systems of ALS Buildings like HVAC system ,Fire hydrant and sprinkler system, Pumping stations , building Electrical System etc. |

Adherence to Preventive maintenance schedules | SAP PPM completion report |
Analysis of repeated failures and breakdowns by using various maintenance tool like Root cause analysis | Complaint management and breakdowns |
Spares Management, SAP coding and vendor management | Availability of spares, PR process, code creation for new spares and low cost/local vendors |
Statutory, Safety, IMS & EnMS audit compliance | Zero non-conformance |
Develop BOQ budget and quality plans for CAPEX & OPEX budget | Approved projects |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interaction and follow up with AMCs
Interaction and follow up with OEM for failures, material & services
Interaction with Vendors
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interaction with AOCC, AOPS, TOPs and Duty Teams on regular basis for maintenance activities, operational issues and special projects, Interaction and follow up with P&C team and stores for spares and inventory.
Interaction with FMS for building facilities
ARFF for Fire statutory authorities for compliance and permits
Procurement team

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B. Tech - Electrical/Mechanical with 8-12 years ’ experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8 - 12 years of experience in MEP Maintenance activities of a complex Mechanical/ Electrical systems in an airport / Large Facility / Industry / Hotel
