JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible to collect comparative data and analyze data through various statistical tools and techniques and suggest actionable insights which would guide business decision-making for the CXOs. Should work closely with business teams to create statistical models to predict trends across departments and advise CXOs based on data analytics.

Key Performance Indicators
To analyze data on Pax profiling, purchase trends, use of Innovative tools to identify correlations across KPIs such as penetration & sales, pricing, Category gaps, Category / Brand Rationalization etc. on all categories viz. Retail, F & B and Services and provide insights
Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Analysis report to be completed & presented as per timeline
Analyze operational data (passenger flow, aircraft movements, turnaround times, gate utilization, baggage handling, security wait times)
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual operational efficiency reports, on-time performance, passenger throughput
Analyze historical operational data (flight movements, passenger volumes, baggage handling, security wait times, retail sales, F&B performance, etc.). Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational improvements.
Timely delivery of comprehensive analytics reports
Benchmark airport performance against industry standards using historical data. Present findings and recommendations for both Aero and Non-Aero areas
Quality and relevance of benchmarking reports
Engage with CXOs to understand their analytical requirements and coordinate with relevant departments (Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, Security, Passenger Experience) to source and analyze the necessary data.
Number of reports
Assist the strategy team in determining, gathering, and analyzing the necessary data sets to support the formulation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Business Plan
Timeliness and completeness of data provided for AOP and Business Plan cycles
Provide actionable analytics and insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking for both Aero and Non-Aero operations.
Measurable impact of analytics on resource allocation and operational performance
Set up process for authentic data collection

Analytics of Business Performance & Key Drivers by Category, Sub-Category, Nationality, Origin & Destination, Airline, time of the day etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/ PG in Statistics with 7-10 years of experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in handling similar profile
- Strong Analysis and data interpretation skills.
- Hands-on experience of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights for operational and commercial improvements.
- Advance Office Skills
