JOB PURPOSE

The Manager Commercial leasing position is directly linked to revenue growth of ALD, responsible for generating leads and concluding large value land lease transactions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management

  • Support in increasing the prospect base for commercial leasing
  • Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities
  • Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions, sponsorship, events etc.
  • Use online research tools to generate prospective leads

Work internally to align all stakeholders and build support for these opportunities; ensuring timely RFP/RFQ response communications, lead implementation and execution of projects awarded

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Land monetization potential of ~200 acres and Build-to-Suit potential of ~1 Mn sft across multiple asset classes in next 5 years

An average 15 Cr/acre will generate cash flows equivalent of 3000 Crores.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years of experience across land leasing and space leasing preferably at Hyderabad
  • Experience in drafting contracts, term sheets and closure of leasing transactions
  • Existing network with channel partners/CRE occupier representatives
  • Good inter-personal skills and people management skills
  • Excellent Negotiation, Business Communication and Presentation skills

Expert in using Excel, Word & Power Point
