1. JOB PURPOSE

• Lead and manage overall Service delivery excellence and transaction processing activities for PO Factory and Catalogue Management for SSC Procurement Services operations.

3.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Service Delivery Setup and Operations Management
 Leads Procurement Process Tower (i.e. PO Factory & Catalogue Management) in SSC and ensures delivery on Procurement SSC scope as per defined SLAs
 Be the Single accountable owner for all services operations, deliverables and outcomes required by the Sector assigned within the framework of SSC Scope and SLA.
 Supports transitions & signs-off on handover into Procurement SSC
 Builds & maintains partnerships with key stakeholders in the retained organization and at various locations.
 Liaison with Operational Excellence team and retained Organization to Identify and drive improvement projects for the process tower.
 Keep the team motivated and provide opportunities to learn. Define their growth path. Manage Delivery risks.  SSC SLA Performance basis the SLA agreed with the business

Continuous Improvement
 Preparing/delivering trainings, presentations, workshops and group communications to ensure ongoing quality of end-user effectiveness.
 Defining/generating reports surrounding key performance indicators and master data metrics. Maintaining accurate data quality scorecards to be shared with management.
 Collaborating with cross-functional groups/organizations to drive process efficiency and optimization within the scope of this position.
 Supporting ERP project work, with regards to master data, as requested and help to ensure successful implementation of all new/improved technical functionality.  Signed off improvement projects.
People and Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal of the assigned Operational Teams
- Ensure timely and effective 1-1 with assigned Operational Team
Implement structure performance evaluation criteria and monitoring using tangible / operational data for assigned operational team   Adherence to People Management Practices – supported by monthly tracker

3rd Party Vendor
Continuous interaction with the 3rd party support provider to  execute master data requests Stake holders/ Business User Team
 To execute master data requests
 Clarifications around master data definitions with the business
 Internal SSC Team
 Coordinate with internal SSC team and address any queries related to MDM
 GMR IT
Coordinate with IT to execute the MDM request and check for the accuracy
 Taxation/Secretarial

6.   SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
 Master’s degree (with Operations specialization)
 10+ yrs. with min. 5+ as procurement Ops. Lead in a large global company
•         3-5 years of experience in working in Manufacturing, Services organization in the domain of Sourcing and Procurement function. 
•         3-4 years’ experience in leading and managing Operations teams 
•         1-2 years’ experience in Customer/ Stakeholder Engagement and Service delivery management 


Technical skills
 Experience in working in SAP and Workflow driven Shared Services Environment. MM Certified preferred
 Advance user of Excel functions.
 
Personal skills and attributes
 Procurement process expertise (multiple i.e. Material, Services etc.)
 Strong know how of Shared Services Procurement tools/ tech. landscape
 Process/ Project management expertise
 Subject matter expertise for the process tower.
 Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
