JOB PURPOSE

The Core Purpose of this Job is to prepare & monitor project works schedules during pre-award stage of projects and during project execution stages and report deviations The Key Responsibilities will be -   schedule of all  ALD projects, analyze delay and its mitigation plan , tracking of master construction schedule and procurement schedule, highlighting the critical events  for Aerocity expansion works

Planning:

  • Track & Monitor Projects Progress;
  • Analyze Delay & course correction
  • Evaluate & authenticate Monthly Physical & Financial progress of all projects
  • Plan vs Actual : Time
  • Plan vs Actual : Budget

Procurement:

  • Monitor Procurement Schedule 
  • Cost Effectiveness
  • Innovative Solutions
  • Highlight critical events
  • Innovative Solution
  • Savings
  • Delay due to Procurement 

MIS:

  • Complete MIS for all Projects including Data Validation and Accuracy 
  • Present MIS & Progress report in Projects Review meetings
  • Quality of MIS
  • Accuracy of Data

Business Development:

  • Pre-awards stage costing of proposals to support Business Dev teams
  • Quality of Inputs

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • BE/B.Tech (Civil) + PG Diploma in Construction Management from reputed institutes

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Approx 10 years of similar experience in Real Estate / Construction/Infrastructure Industry
