JOB PURPOSE
Lead as single point of contact for coordination between existing PTB Engineering operation & maintenance team and project expansion team for PTB works to facilitate and ensure the proper integration of new system with existing system and suitably interconnect/interface the extension work in such a manner that Airport operations are uninterrupted and O&M of the existing systems are not affected. Further to ensure that there is appropriate redundancy and stability after Project completion.

Existing System :- • Support in collation of drawings, specifications, assets details, makes ; • Facilitate inputs in identifying redundant system & back-ups available wrt isolation valves, sizes, routings & impact on the services; • Support in checking of services at site wrt available As-built drawings ; • Support in conducting GPR to avoid any potential clash during the construction phase • Finalization of as-built drawings so that the same can be used as Ready for Issue during Project Interface Drawing discussions • Understand process to execute work in existing system wrt Work permits, hot work permits, Inward/Outward pass, AEP/Biometric/Keys availabilities, proper barricading, etc. • Understand existing Maintenance SLA wrt Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Response Time, Availabilities of Tools, Spare Parts & Consumables • Troubleshoot various issues regarding O&M of the system. • Reduction in complaints & identifications of repetitive complaints |
• Ensure zero non-compliance to statutory requirements, complying stake holder requirements and project objectives. • Completion within time, Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance. Project Objectives & Stakeholder satisfaction • Comply with the project objectives & stabilization of system for maximum output as per the service levels. Contracts closure without major non conformances. • Resolution of complaints & its analysis to avoid its repetitions • Resolutions wrt RCA & CAPA |

Proposed System :- • Support in review of Project Phasing system & facilitating enabling works as per project plan or schedule. • Support in preparation of Purchase Request (PR) along-with BOQ/Specifications/Makes for temporary plan (alternatives) for facilitating Utilities. • Facilitate input in certifications compliance & Statutory/Regulatory requirements. • Coordinate and assist procurement team with Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering, evaluating new technologies at the time of tender, vendor evaluation and finalization. • Compliance to BCMS’s MOR/ RTO, Strategic Initiatives, Bottom Line Improvement Plan, Zero Tolerance Initiatives, CIP, LEED, GreenCO, EnMS 50001, BE, CII 5s, etc. • Execution of front clearance wrt Projects timelines & regular updation of progress to Operation team for alignment wrt Winter Shutdown/Monsoon preparedness/Summer etc. • Propose alternate route/solution/timing for Project execution after incorporating Operation issues/Project Phase Plan |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B.E – Mechanical/Electrical with 8-12 years of experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP projects, Airport specialized system is preferable.
- Should be familiar IS and International codes, NFPA codes, local fire and electricity regulations and computerized maintenance management systems are a must.
