Monitor and Manage the recording, reporting, invoicing and recovery mechanism of Non-Aero revenue in DIAL complying with Contractual, Statutory and Audit requirements and ensuring improved cash flows.

Accountabilities : 
Reduction in Accounts Receivable
Under the oversight and guidance of the Head Revenue Management, bring down the outstanding to reasonable level in line with agreed targets and resolution of issues concerning receivables to improve cash flow of the company enabling HIAL to meet stakeholders, lenders and contractual commitments.

Reconciliation of accounts and sign off.
Business Control 
Periodic reviews with Head Revenue Management, analyzing KPIs, monitoring receipts as per annual operating plans,
Working out Security Deposit requirement, comparing them with Security Deposit held and updation of Security Deposit as percredit policy.

Implementation and adherence of the Commercial SOPs Internal Audits compliances,
Monitoring reports of auditors appointed by HIAL for audit of accounts of Aero related business, ensuring compliances and resolution of issues,
Assurance of actual revenue viz a viz declared revenue,
Issuance of NOC to third party service providers, collection of post dated cheques, reconciliation of their accounts and clearing
Coordination with cross functional departments
Reconciliation of Accounts
Reconciliation of accounts and sign off, Maintaining tracker of issues, Resolution of issues with final closure with airline / concessionaire.
Reconciliation of interest working with airline / concessionaire and collection of dues thereof.

Plugging Leakages
Plugging leakages in line with agreed goals
Annual exercise for crosschecking services imparted and received by airlines.

Maximization of revenue from Airlines/ Ground Handlers / GA Parties / Ancillary Service Providers 
Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders
Regular meetings with airline/ concessioners, resolution of disputes arising out of day to day functioning, to assist and ensure compliances on account of laid down policies.
Contribution Towards Team Development 
To develop functional and behavioral skills. Attend trainings as per TNIs.

•Revenue Leakage Control Centre (CCTV-EPOS monitoring system) budget of Rs. 8 Crores
