JOB PURPOSE
To drive and support the strategic planning/ Strategic Initiatives at GMR Group (GHIAL, GVIAL, Kothavalasa) through research, analysis and impact assessment and determine and execute key business initiatives in order to achieve time bound strategic and operational goals.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
-
- MBA from top tier B schools
- Engineering Degree will be preferred.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
5+ years’ experience post MBA, preferably a mix between a Strategy Planning Profile and an Industry Profile
Aviation industry experience to be given preference
Past experience to include:
o Development of Strategy Plans – including the ability to identify potential risks, their impact and subsequent fall out of achievement of strategies
o Deployment of Strategy Plans in a Cross Functional manner – including the understanding and appreciation of various tools and frameworks used for deployment
o Financial Modelling
o Process Optimization – To ensure process-centricity is brought into the way of working
o Ability to provide analytical support, based on trends and business requirements
