JOB PURPOSE

  • The Position is responsible to conduct of ARFF and other associated trainings as well as to deliver Practical training, Theoretical knowledge, Admin control, Budgeting, Marketing, Dealing with and handling trainees in various situations etc. The person will also be accountable for various fire safety training at other locations as per business development and requirements.

Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work i.e., GMR AA Team, with the representative of DIAL, GHILA, MOPA and all departments of GMR AA.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Annual Revenue of 2 Cr. or more or as per the approved AOP.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Handle Large Training personnel, i.e., on an Average 75 to 80 trainees.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate
  • Relevant ARFF and Airport operations certification/qualification/ experience.
  • Adequate experience with certification in conducting ARFF training is desirable.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • At least 15 years of Firefighting experience with at least 5 years as Manager level or 10 years as a senior Supervisor level.
  • Ability to conduct all categories of Firefighting trainings.
  • Should be well-versed with physical training, practical firefighting training and delivery of firefighting lectures.
  • Must be willing to stay in hostel in training campus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks like training delivery, preparing and updating question papers, training material, power-point presentations.
  • Must be capable to work with excel especially for budgeting.
  • Must be excellent team player.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have high level of emotional intelligence.
