JOB PURPOSE

To carry out fire investigation on the fire scenes as and when directed by Fire Prevention Officer for determining the origin and cause of the fire/incident by correlating with various guidelines. |

Audits & Inspections

|
To uphold the timely issue of Terminal Work Permit, Hot Work Permit, Confined Space Work permit, and take part in walkthrough for space clearance for the concessioners, operation commencement of stores and giving fire safety recommendation. |
|
Monthly reports & reviews
|
|
To follow up for closure of observation during building fire and evacuation exercise for various buildings of RGIA. |

•Leads a team of 5 directly and responsible for fire safety (mandatory) training for 8000 + stakeholders
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
•Fire Officer/ Junior Fire Officer training/Fire Prevention Course from ICAO or Govt recognized Institute. (Desirable)
•Medical First Aid.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
•Should be adept in conducting fire safety audit, adept in NBC part IV, IS Code & State Fire act.
•Should possess good communication, report writing and fire safety training skills.
•Good proficiency in Fire Safety Management
•Planning and decision making ability
•Team work, Delegation, Communication and Time management skill
