JOB PURPOSE

To ensure quality of CVs Sourced and facilitate effective engagement with business stakeholders across group.

Sourcing Support :

  • Coach and train associates on sector business understanding.
  • Review and assure quality of CVs sourced in accordance to laid down guidelines, Sourcing specification and engagement call inputs.
  • Facilitate Talent Acquisition associate through engagement with BHR/ Hiring manager for niche, critical and aged mandates.

 

  • Applicant Ratio

Stakeholder Engagement :

Implement and drive structure engagement calendar.

Adherence to calendar

Capability Development :

  • Identify & coach team members to improve their ability for delivering improved & sustained SLA performance
  • To offer process training for new joiners and hold refresher sessions as and when required

 

  • SLA Improvement trend
  • No. of training programs conducted
  • No. of refresher sessions held
  • Feedback from participants

System Amendments – Initiate changes in Hirecraft & other impacted systems in accordance to Business requirements, HR Policies and Procedures & participate in UAT.

Process Improvements – Identify & implement process improvements to achieve effective & efficient execution of deliverables

Process documentation – Update SOP and related process documents as & when a change happens in policies & processes
