JOB PURPOSE

This is a significant role at the execution front for accomplishment of tasks / CR activities which requires consistent pursual with Statutory Authorities for enabling hassle free business operations. The primary purpose of this role is to augment relationship with Statutory Departments and Government Agencies and to derive their continued support to operations.

Water Supply & Resource Management

  • Coordinate with HMWSSB to ensure uninterrupted supply of around 1200 to 1500 KLD of water for Airport Operations.
  • Coordinate with our Technical Team and ensure optimum storage of water received in the storage tanks.
  • Crisis Management – To act swiftly during Pipeline/Technical Breakdowns and coordinate for speedy rectification by HMWSSB. Appraise the Technical Services Team on the break down and extend the technical support ( Manpower / Equipment) of our team to HMWSSB  where necessary for early resumption of water supply.
  • Ensure good working relationship with HMWSSB Field Staff.
  • Gather advance information from HMWSSB on reservoir levels.
  • Alert our Technical Services team to plan for contingency during dry spells in summer season, strikes and other unforeseen situations.
  • Coordinate with HMWSSB, Technical Services Team & Finance team to avoid erroneous bill generation and prompt payment within due date to avoid penalties.

 

 

To ensure a minimum water supply of 1200 KLD to airport and optimum storage in our tanks.

Relationship Management with City Hospitals

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with Prominent City Hospitals such as Apollo, Care, Asian Institute of Gastro-enterology, STAR, LV Prasad Eye Hospital, KIMS etc.,.
  • To obtain appointments with specialist doctors in short notice for GCM, BCMs & their families and other Top Executives of the Group.
  • Maintain good relationship with Hospital Prominent Doctors, their Secretaries and Hospital Administrators.
  • Hassle Free Service at Hospitals during outpatient investigations and for Inpatient treatment – Pre Admission formalities, Preferred Room Allocation on priority, Billing & Insurance Formalities and timely discharge.
  • Arrange for Telephonic consultations with Specialist Doctors.
  • Coordinate with BCM office for arranging and distributing festival compliments to all prominent Doctors and enhance the relationship between BCM & Doctors.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Relationship with Local Media ( Print & Electronic)

  • Develop and maintain good working relationship local media representatives (Print and Electronic) at Shamshabad.
  • Ensure that the local media representatives consult our Corporate Communication team to ascertain facts/our version/statement before unilaterally publishing/broadcasting one sided news.
  • Ensure that the Local Media gives prominence to our articles and extensively cover the positive news disseminated by our Corporate Communications Team.
  • To gather advance information on any potential news that may have an impact on our operations/image and escalate to superior on priority basis.

 

 

Enable our Corporate Communication team

  • to Garner support from Local Media representatives to prominently cover the positive news and
  • curtail or restrain from carrying out negative/sensitive articles.

Environmental Scanning

  • To proactively gather and assess information that may have a potential impact on Business and appraise the HOD for further initiation.
  • To enable Business for taking informed decisions swiftly.
  • Related developments within the neighborhood.

 

Acquire, Assimilate and dissemination of information.

 

Brand Building

  • Proactively spread awareness on the CSR Activities during interactions with neighborhood and external agencies.
  • Positive display of Group Values & Ethos.

 

 

Creating a positive image for the Group

BCM Office/ Family Works

  • To coordinate with BCM office and carry out assigned tasks in timely manner with utmost integrity and diligence.
  • Ensure timely coordination with various departments for smooth execution of BCM’s schedule during his stay at Hyderabad.
  • Ensure efficient coordination and planning for smooth stay of BCM Family members during their visit to Hyderabad.
  • Escort BCM and Family Members during their pilgrimage to major temples nearby to Hyderabad.
  • Coordinate with BCM office for arranging pujas at various temples on behalf of BCM and family on special occasions.
  • Update the database of key contacts of BCM office and arrange timely distribution of compliments during festivals and special occasions.

Graduate or Post Graduate

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Prospective Incumbent should have an overall experience of 10 years.  He/she should have flair to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders. Experience in Infrastructure/Industry  is preferred.

Existing incumbent Mr. Ganesh Bhandari is a Graduate with more than 27 years of experience across sectors like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, General Administration and Corporate Relations.
