JOB PURPOSE

Execution of Precast activity i.e. Precast manufacturing, Planning, Scheduling, Coordination etc.

Assist in implementation of Civil / Structure works of Airport Projects adhering to safety & quality standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Procurement Management: Assist Manager in Coordination and assist procurement team with Technical data, evaluating new technologies. In-time technical inputs for tender documentation.  Verification for Quality, time and cost compliance
Construction Management: Assist Manager in coordination and implementation of Civil & structure works with compliance to the Design and requirements of the Project. Completion for tasks within time, Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance
Handing over: Assist Manager in handing over of completed project to user departments with required documentation, assist operation team in initial period to stabilize the operation. Documentation for Complying with the project objectives

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with external Vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interacts with user departments and stakeholders for efficient coordination of works
Interact with individual team members and cross functional teams while work execution.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3 -5 Years of relevant Experience in Civil works, preferably in commercial malls, hotels and high end villas.
