JOB PURPOSE
Support in Engineering maintenance planning, preparing PPM schedules for entire Engineering assets of airport. Support in Engineering maintenance planning, preparing PPM schedules for entire Engineering assets of airport. support in various external & internal audits.
Support in developing MIS reports to achieve optimized maintenance, support in analyzing data with the goal of discovering useful information, leading to informed conclusions, and support decision-making. • Percentage conservation in Net energy & water consumption etc.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Planning
• Support in analyzing existing maintenance plans to modify existing/develop additional PM schedules for Implementation. Analyze PPM reports for strict adherence to improve the performance of all equipment’s and minimize the complaints • On-time Maintenance Plan Scheduling & adherence to Timeline (%)
Budgeting & Inventory Control
To support in analysis of PR to PO tracking & take necessary action, various inventory analysis & implement inventory control initiatives to minimize the inventory and maintenance cost.
• Liaise with Stores for slow moving, non-moving stock. AOP – Planned Vs Actual
• Purchasing & consumption trend reports
All internal/external and regulatory audit compliance
Coordinate and support in ensuring compliance for all Audits (BSC, IMS, ISMS, GHG, EnMS, CMS, Stores, MAG, statutory & management system audits
• Support in GPTW & BE assessments No. of non-conformances,
No. of accidents/incidents & compliance to statutory requirements.
MIS reports and Special Initiatives
Preparing MIS reports, support vendor payment process, budget provisions, preparing SOPs as per department requirements. Timely generation of reports
• Completion targets

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3 – 6 years of total experience and at least 02 years’ experience in Engineering Maintenance Activities of Airport/Manufacturing Industry
