JOB PURPOSE

Supporting manager in overall mechanical infrastructure maintenance at Terminals. It includes coordinating with all stake holders external and internal; to ensure uninterrupted operations in airport.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

To maintain uptime of Critical Systems of Plumbing & Fire Fighting infrastructure at PTB

 To monitor water and electricity consumption of mechanical systems and provide inputs to manager in terms of optimizing the energy consumption.

Adherence to PM Schedules and monitoring of repeated failures and corrective actions to restrict repeated failures

To complete approved Process Improvement Projects and implementation of Kaizen

Support and strict adherence of the different Health, Safety, Environment systems and Quality standards among AMC, self and within Team Members and to comply all internal and External Audits done.

Support in the implementation and strict adherence to Internal and external Audit compliances, various statutory norms such as CEA, Local Electrical Authorities, DGCA, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Legal metrology Act, National Building Code and IS Codes, EnMS, IMS etc.

Interaction with CISF for security equipment, Customs for baggage screening issues,

Interaction with AOCC, AOPS, TOPs and Duty Teams on regular basis for maintenance activities, operational issues and special projects, Interaction and follow up with P&C team and stores for spares and inventory.

Interaction with legal team for Statutory compliance,

Interaction with FMS for building facilities

for compliance and permits

Interaction with security and control team for Screening operation and support

Interaction with AOCC, AOPS, TOPs and Duty Teams on regular basis for maintenance activities, operational issues and special projects, Interaction and follow up with P&C team and stores for spares and inventory.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

 B.E –Mechanical

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3 – 6 years’ experience in O & M of Plumbing & Fire-Fighting systems / relevant Industry.
