JOB PURPOSE

Execution of Site development works, Earth work packages, other civil works while adhering to safety & quality standards for new green field airport at MOPA Goa.
  1. Good experience in handling multiple projects in the construction of Commercial buildings, Warehousing, Industrial buildings and in Infra works.
  2. Monitoring and checking reinforcement spacing and specifications as per the drawing and updating day to day work activities at site.

ORGANISATION CHART

This position shall be reporting to Head Civil, Mr. Gopal Rao Gulla.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Good experience in handling multiple projects in the construction of Commercial buildings, Warehousing, Industrial buildings and in Infra works.
  2. Monitoring and checking reinforcement spacing and specifications as per the drawing and updating day to day work activities at site.
  3. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes to review the drawings and giving comments as pert the requirement.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with clients and vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with Reporting Manager, team members and cross functional teams and User Departments

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Technical know-how of market rates for Civil and MEPF items.
  • BOQ preparing and Cost control experience in projects like infra, commercial, warehousing etc,.

Exposure on Green Building projects

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Managing Multiple Vendors and Stakeholders.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)

PMP Certification will be added advantage

More than 2 years of experience.
