Senior Engineer - Landscape

Role would be to take care of operation and maintenance pertaining to automation, electrical and pumping in Landscape Irrigation Systems, Water bodies and Fountains at PTB & Car Park through SLA based AMC Contracts. This role is also responsible for installation of automation/electro-mechanical parts of new irrigation systems & fountains, Green walls through contractors as per design drawings as and when required



Accountabilities KPI
Irrigation System Maintenance management: 
O&M of Pumps (10 Nos) electrical panels, accessories and cables in distribution irrigation systems at PTB and car park
O&M of pumps (15 Nos), electrical panels, accessories and cables in water bodies & fountains at PTB & car park
O&M of irrigation controllers (20 Nos), solenoid valves, automation cables etc in irrigation systems at PTB & Car Park
Recording, Monitoring and deploying contractor manpower for daily O&M activities
Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and get it completed by AMC
Preparation of report for issue and use of irrigation spares on site
Timely Measurements of works done by irrigation and fountain contractors by filling SLA checklists
Co-ordination with Technical Services staff and contractors regarding power supply issues in day to day work

Landscape Awards and recognitions
Irrigation development management:
Installation of automation/electro-mechanical parts of new irrigation systems, fountains at PTB and Car Park through contractors as per design drawings as and when required.


Progress Report

Irrigation improvement management:
Modification and extension in existing electrical & automation system in irrigation network as and when required to ensure continuous operation

Health, Safety and Environment: 
Implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental measures as per the standard operating procedures.
HSE Standard Operating Procedures,
Incidence reports
Training the support staff:
Drive the learning development initiative by training the contractors’ supervisors, electricians and technicians with emphasis on SOP’S, safety and precautions to be taken while working at high risk zones.

    Leading the team of 30 people (Technicians/Helpers) employed with service providers (Irrigation and Fountains)
