JOB PURPOSE

To maintain the airside assets i.e. Pavements, drainage system & associate structures ensuring the service level of 98% Minimum down time of the assets Optimize utilization of assets at airside.

To carryout rehabilitation, improvement / CAPEX works on AGL and Electrical system towards achieving life expectancy as per the design and as stated in the IE/ DGCA CAR / ICAO / Aerodrome design manual.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Exceed OMDA Compliance requirements Analyze and review the data collected and Assessment of functioning of AGL system with respect to operational requirements and regulatory requirement compliances and prepare improvement schemes for better functioning of system.
Analyze and review the assessment of the condition of substation equipments using Asset management system and preparation of schemes for improvements.
Create and Ensure Safety awareness and preparation of checklists for implementation and monitoring
end stakeholder meeting / arranging clearance for work front / interface works etc.
 
Monitoring the QA/QC Review of quality check lists / intervals / method statement etc.
Review the progress of works and address the shortcomings in consultation with counterpart / senior management and ensuring quality of works at site with appropriate tools viz. MS Project and quality control documents 
 
Committed upon employee Engagement Identification and Allocation of specific tasks to individuals and monitoring the performance
Identification of training needs and imparting / arranging improvement plans.

Innovations Identify, Review, Analyze and Implement innovative technology and products for improving the life of the asset.
Create ideas and obtain support from competent resources in development and use of digital platforms for the analysis of  trend in the behavior of system and equipment functioning

Improvement to Airport Asset Analyze the condition of asset and prepare scheme for improvement
Periodical Review of planner, Implementation of accepted work schedule and coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth execution and completion of works
 
Documentation Review of the formats and improvising the same in the relevant platforms
Review and implement Quality report as per statutory requirements 
Review of MIS / BOQ /tenderable documents / approvals 
 
Other initiatives Extending support for the initiatives taken by other internal stakeholders
Prepare and execute the works as per the strategy of the organization

B.Tech ( Electrical)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

9-12 years of total experience with 3-4 years’ experience in AGL.
