Specialist IT - Infra Management

JOB PURPOSE

Administration of databases (SQL/ORACLE/DB2) to support airport applications requirements and support Universal Flight Information system application as per operational requirements

As there are many digital / AI initiatives planned at GHIAL for next 3-5 years to improve the areas of Operational Efficiency / Passenger Experience, Revenue generation, Safety & Security.

The proposed Data Scientist will lead AI-Driven initiatives and implement the Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Data processing from various sources of Airport with collaboration of cross functional integrated systems. This role required an expertise with Ai Technologies to manage and maintain the Data lake with all interfaces & Integrations of API’s.

Key Requirements

Design, develop and Deploy Ai models with overall architecture of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.   
Develop Data Lake Architecture and manage a centralized data lake to process Airport operational data from multiple sources including unstructured data from IOT’s, Surveillance Systems and Smart Airside systems.
Work Closely with Airport operations, IT and Innovex teams to identify the pain points and areas where AI solutions can support with the functionality.
Monitor the performance of AI models and manage the Algorithms to improve the accuracies with relevant data streams / API;s
Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI technologies and platforms for the solution to determine the most suitable options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
Ensuring that the AI solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, helping them implement the solution effectively and troubleshoot any issues.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
Actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the technology solution, keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Provide technical support and problem resolution related to AI models, Logic, Algorithms of AI models,  Whenever there is a problem with the AI developed solutions, need to review the issue and come up with a solution.
Review the integration requirements of various IT and Non-IT sub systems of the airport and implement the same as per the scope

RFP preparation as per the defined SOW to invite best of the AI solution provides for implementation as per business requirements.
Must possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, ensuring a cohesive approach to the project.
Good knowledge on Cyber security practices and framework.
Experience in building solutions on AI/ML technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R and SQL

• 
  xperience with Cloud platform of AI resources  (AWS, AZURE, GCP etc) and tools for big data processing.
  Strong knowledge in implementing Computer Vision and IOT solutions.
  Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns: A solution architect must be well-versed in various technologies and platforms to design effective solutions that meet business needs.
  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills: Solution architects must be able to analyze complex business requirements and identify the most suitable technological solutions to address them.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills: As a liaison between technical and business aspects, solution architects must effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals.
  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams: Solution architects must collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.
  Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools: Solution architects should be knowledgeable about project management best practices and tools to help manage and coordinate projects effectively.
  A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement: Solution architects must ensure that the solutions they design meet performance, scalability, and security requirements while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  Architectural Reviews; Review the Implementation Architecture of various applications and Implementation Plans.
  Implementation, Testing and Transition Support: Coordinate with team and OEMs to implement, Test all the applications as per the approved architecture and support the same till successful transition to O&M Teams

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech 
• Knowledge of AI models  aspects pertaining to AI Technology  development management
• Defining good Algorithms and logics for Data Analytics & Predections
• Knowledge in integration of Applications and middleware
• ITIL Standards – Best practices in IT implementations
• Expertise in Automation process & Business Intelligence
• Should handle all the stakeholders and ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

The overall Software and coding experience with 10 years and at least 3 years of experience in AI models, Data Lake development, architecture and integration and coding with experience in AI/ML technology is preferable.
