JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning (using SAP/Asset Management Tool) of PM schedules for all systems, monitoring & rectification of breakdowns, Inventory management, compliance of all audits, Annual Operating Plan, Management Information System preparation and control of expenses with KPI’s tracking, facilitating of audits, its compliance in effective manner for timely actions |

Carry out PR to PO tracking, various inventory analyses and implement inventory control initiatives to minimize the inventory and maintenance cost. Vendor Payment |

Coordinate and support for all Audits (BSC, IMS, ISMS, GHG, EnMS, CMS, Stores, MAG and statutory audits to comply all audit requirements |
