JOB PURPOSE

To monitor the Landside Operations, round the clock at Landside premise of the airport and other building / infrastructure, in terms of serviceability, cleanliness and passenger facilitation so as to ensure smooth operations, effective emergency response, enhance passenger’s travel experience and adherence to all SOPs including safety standards resulting in safe and memorable passenger journey by providing world class customer service. Document daily operational functions and provide the required MIS in close coordination with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Performance Indicators
To liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Government Agencies and other service providers (Retailers and Concessionaires) with Internal Operations departments, Inside and Outside the airport to ensure the cleanliness & Ambience of Landside Premises from approach road till terminal building and installations / infrastructure.
  • MIS Reports
  • Daily Audit reports
  • To prepare Performance Management score card for respective Key Accounts of the Service Providers and monitor and plan action on improvement.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Coordinate with various Concessioners / Retailers, Stakeholders at GNIAL for upkeep the Airport Landside cleanliness & Ambience Standards
  • Coordinate with Vendors & Agencies for daily operational supplies
  • Coordinate with various regulatory and government agencies such as Police, CISF, State protocol, Environment team, etc
  • All outsourced vendors directly and in directly reporting to landside ops for operational works

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Inter department coordination with all operation departments such as

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from any reputed university / Graduate for hospitality education background
  • Knowledge on Material safety data sheet of Chemical
  • Knowledge of Machinery used for different task
  • Knowledge of Chemicals to eradicate Pest
  • Knowledge of Using Personnel Protective Equipment’s
  • Proficiency in MS-Office

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 6-8 years in Hospitality-Hotel/MNC/Airlines/Airports and Operational Security domain.
