JOB PURPOSE

To plan & monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG & issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations.

To ensure the execution, implementation, and monitoring/tracking of Terminal Related Contracts/projects and maintenance activities. Ensure seamless execution of Terminal projects/ maintenance works without impacting on-going operations. Act as a coordinating link between operations and project team; ensure proper planning & communication during the currency of the project.

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports for the Sr. Management 
  • MIS reports

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or relevant Aviation Degree.
  • Procurement Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  •  Minimum 8-10 years in Airport operations specifically in Terminal Management, Customer handling, Stakeholder management, Project management and vendor management. 
  • Experience in handling operational contracts and vendor management.
