JOB PURPOSE

BI: Preparation of Annual Operating Plans, Strategic Plans and review updates in coordination with all departments, in line with direction set out by senior management.

BD: Opportunity tracking and analysis, bid documentation, preparation of cost models, revenue proposals and business development literature eg presentations and documents and MIS for BD as per timelines.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan, co-ordination with departmental heads Projects, Engineering and IT at Hyderabad and Delhi, HR and finance to ensure all necessary inputs are incorporated.

Tracking and monitoring of Strategic and Business Initiatives and preparation of quarterly review documents.

On time completion of approved presentations

Opportunity Analysis & Tracking and MIS including client follow up, environment scan, country and market analysis

Accurate and On time completion of reports

Prequalification documentation, coordination with technical/subject matter experts, preparation of cost models and revenue proposals, proposal/bid submission documentation and support for vetting of contracts post award

Accurate and timely submission of proposals/bids and completion of contract signature

Project progress tracking, updates and MIS

Accurate and On time completion of reports

Preparation of Business Development Literature – Brochures, Organizational presentations and targeted client/project specific presentations and documentation

Up to date and accurate  presentations and documentation

Support for Knowledge Management, Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives

Regular conduct of cross functional and locational KT sessions.
Successful roll out and implementation of Process improvement and Strategic Initiatives

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA (preferably BE/BTech graduate)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Min 2 years of experience in Strategic Planning and/or Business Development role
