JOB PURPOSE
This position at the Sector level will be responsible for the Business Integration not just between various airports of GAL but also between GAL and Groupe ADP counterparts by:
Acting as Strategic support and Executive Assistant to the Dy. CEO - GAL and Global COO, GAL to help them in all their endeavors. Spearheading the Industrial Partnership initiatives between Groupe ADP and GAL, Leading the Airport Sector Committee reviews regularly, Developing robust Stakeholder Management with multi-airport reciprocal visits and knowledge exchange sessions

• Completion of the defined project milestones working closely with the teams • Quarterly report on Industrial Partnership deliverables |
Support performance monitoring initiatives, APOC development and AODB stabilization Work with Delhi and Hyderabad APOCs for digitalization of the reports in the next phase of MIS automation including ARC and Kloudspot data. |
• Reduction in multiple operations reports to crisp and efficient report for each airport • ConOps of each APOC implemented • AODB stabilization |
Institutionalize data collection framework for airport capacity determination Help GCOO and team in collection regularly through the airports network all input data for defining airport capacity: processing time, number of equipment, waiting time targets, surface areas, peak hour ratios, etc. |
Yearly update of the Airport capacities |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B.E./B.Tech
Masters in Business Administration
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
10-15 years with more than 5 years in Airports domain. Previous experience in a Strategic role is an added advantage.
