JOB PURPOSE

Support CCM in key initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions for effective decision making and monitoring of initiatives for timely execution and support coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders.

This role will represent the Promoter’s Office hands-on, ensuring timely execution, alignment with promoter vision, and strategic oversight of key real estate projects, especially in the residential vertical and any other initiatives under the promoter’s purview. The role will act as the on-ground extension of the Promoter’s Office for real estate initiatives, ensure decisions and directives from the Promoter are executed diligently across departments and provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Promoter.

Real Estate Investment & Deal experience

 

  • Work closely with the Director and leadership team to lead and oversee the end-to-end real estate project lifecycle—from conceptualization through to handover—ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and quality delivery.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in capital structuring, optimal FSI utilization, and development of robust financial feasibility models to support investment decisions and project viability.
  • Execution-Oriented Project Leadership-deeply involved in the field/project site and get the bottlenecks resolved and drive implementation.
  • Demonstrate sharp understanding of construction stages, timelines, regulatory touchpoints, and documentation.
  • Represent the  Promoter’s Office for real estate initiatives.
  • Ensure decisions and directives from the Promoter are executed diligently across departments.
  • Provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Promoter.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day operations of business activities
  • Propose solutions and recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring; track and monitor budget variances

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide information on all running projects as the single source of the truth
  • Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making and provided to senior management in a way they can understand

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.E/B.Tech and MBA from reputed institutes  
  • 15+ years of relevant experience or MBA (Preferred)
  • Proficient in advanced financial modeling, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • MS Projects, MS Word/Excel / Powerpoint, SharePoint, Smartsheets and basic understanding of legal contracts

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • Real Estate Investment & Deal experience: Should have prior exposure to handling real estate project life cycles from

    concept to handover and strong understanding of capital structuring, FSI utilization, and feasibility models.

    • Execution-Oriented Project Leadership-deeply involved in the field/project site and “get hands dirty” where required to

    solve bottlenecks and drive implementation.

    • Possess sharp understanding of construction stages, timelines, regulatory touchpoints, and documentation.
    • Provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Promoter/ CXOs
    • Exposure to dealing with Promoter level and Senior Management team and understanding their expectation in line with

    business strategy
