JOB PURPOSE
This role will represent the Promoter’s Office hands-on, ensuring timely execution, alignment with promoter vision, and strategic oversight of key real estate projects, especially in the residential vertical and any other initiatives under the promoter’s purview. The role will act as the on-ground extension of the Promoter’s Office for real estate initiatives, ensure decisions and directives from the Promoter are executed diligently across departments and provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Promoter.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E/B.Tech and MBA from reputed institutes
- 15+ years of relevant experience or MBA (Preferred)
- Proficient in advanced financial modeling, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- MS Projects, MS Word/Excel / Powerpoint, SharePoint, Smartsheets and basic understanding of legal contracts
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Real Estate Investment & Deal experience: Should have prior exposure to handling real estate project life cycles from
concept to handover and strong understanding of capital structuring, FSI utilization, and feasibility models.
- Execution-Oriented Project Leadership-deeply involved in the field/project site and “get hands dirty” where required to
solve bottlenecks and drive implementation.
- Possess sharp understanding of construction stages, timelines, regulatory touchpoints, and documentation.
- Provide regular strategic and operational updates to the Promoter/ CXOs
- Exposure to dealing with Promoter level and Senior Management team and understanding their expectation in line with
business strategy
