JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this Job is primarily to support in all Fund raising and Banking activities related to GMR Enterprises Pvt. Ltd and other Investment Companies and it is based out of Delhi.

Handling the funding requirements – Liaison with Lenders, Bankers – Submitting proposals, obtaining the sanctions, documentation, disbursement, loan compliances 
Handling of Mergers and Demergers / Restructuring 
Treasury and Banking relations 
Tracking of various Borrowing related covenants
Preparation and Submission of MIS to Lenders
Business Support

Assessing the funding requirements,

Obtaining Sanction Letters.
Appointment of Trustee.
Coordination with Trustee.
Appointment of Rating Agency.
Sharing Information to Rating Agency and obtaining the Rating.
Fee Negoiations with Lawyers
Appointment of Lawyers
Sharing Information to Rating Agency and obtaining the Rating.
New Facilities Due Diligence coordination.
Coorination with Secretarial Team for Board Resolutions and for other documentation.
Opening of Escrow and new bank accounts.
New Facilities Documentation, 
Security Creation
Charge creation with ROC
Rolloer documenation.
Monotoring the Security Cover.
Corodination with the Sub Registrars for the Mortgages Registration.
Arranging addditional security/ release of surplus security.
Coordination in getting the Valuation Reports for the land and properties.
Coordination for Title Search Reports of Land 
Obtaining NOC’s from the lenders/ trustees for the facilities repaid.
ROC Charges release.
Execution of release deeds in the Sub Registars office.
Coordination for IT 281 application and Certificate.
Disbursement and compliance
Arranging the End Use Certificates
Tracking of Covenants
MIS to Management on the Borrowings and its covenants status.
Timely servicing of loan interest and repayment.
Negotiation for reduction of interest & charges, 
Investments, sale/ purchase/ execution of property transactions, settlement of transactions, 
Monitoring, analyzing and finalzing the Investments, sale/ purchase/ execution of property transactions, settlement of transactions,
Treasury and Banking relations    Managing Day to Day Activities
Review of Struture of the Comapnies    Review of the present structure of the companies on continiou basis, plans for Merger, Demerger and restructuing and its implementation. 
Preparation and submission of MIS to Lenders    Preparation  and Submission of MIS statements to various leners within the timelines
Business Support    Interact with the business team for their various needs and provide workings on finance and commercial aspects.

  • CA / ICWA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of about 10 years of working in Fund Raising, Banking, Treasuary, Business Strategy, MIS
    with good knowledge on Excel, Word  and  analytical  knowledge on Funding matters.
