JOB PURPOSE

To lead and drive the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations agenda for the Energy business, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent, efficient HR service delivery, process standardization, and compliance. The role is critical in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning, strong employer branding, and seamless HR operations across locations.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead Talent Acquisition strategy for all roles across Corporate, Plants, and Projects

Time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio

Workforce planning and hiring execution in alignment with business growth plans

Hiring plan adherence, manpower cost optimization

Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline development

Offer acceptance ratio, campus & lateral hiring success

Drive recruitment governance, vendor management, and cost efficiency

Cost per hire, vendor performance metrics

Lead HR Operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS, and employee lifecycle processes

Error-free payroll, audit observations, SLA adherence

Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness across locations

Compliance scores, audit closure timelines

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 15–20 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Experience in large, multi-location, project-driven organizations (Energy/Infrastructure preferred)
