JOB PURPOSE

Execute, deploy, review & assist in content aggregation of global articles, AV content, books, periodicals/journals etc. in Family Business. Undertake daily research for content update and curation on the digital platforms of the Institute, for awareness programs, symposiums and interviews with experts / entrepreneurs etc. Will be responsible for overall administrative duties of PFBI also.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Digital Learning

  • Create E-Content on all existing PFBI’s platforms using audio visual content application (e.g., adobe , ppt, other formats )
  • Author curated content and videos for a highly engaged Learning Experience from various sources (primary and secondary)
  • Assist in preparation on content for P-connect, Expert corner, Regional content, Thoughtful Thursdays etc.
  • Assist in preparation of book summaries, concept presentations, interview script, surveys / questionnaires etc.

 

  • Daily Content Update as per pre-defined calendar
  • Content mapping as per various themes
  • Search configuration on website for ease of access  

Program Management

  • Develop mailers and other content marketing material to enable digital awareness and communication
  • Program Management of Online/offline sessions including mailers (Communication), attendance, and feedback and moderating during the session.
  • Support all symposiums and video interview creation
  • Curating the monthly calendar for all kinds of content in family business

 

Managing Operations, Program Management, Calendar curation and release

Reports and Dashboards

  • MIS reporting for content aggregation and curation
  • Separate weekly MIS report for “Voices” videos (strategic intervention)
  • Track online traffic and viewership for various content   
  • Preparation of Dashboard for management review

 

Report Accuracy, TAT

 

Administrative Activities

  • Assist PFBI Head in preparation of AOP, track and update completion of planned strategic initiatives as per Board directions
  • Coordinate for invoices and timely vendor payments
  • Manage the PFBI e-mail ID for enquiries
  • Maintain and organize digital content repository for PFBI

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any full-time graduation with PG in MBA/HR  
  • Certification in Content Creation, digital marketing etc. is preferred
  • Online and primary research skills are desirable 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years post qualification experience in HR - Learning and Development and / or research experience in reputed B-Schools / Universities
