JOB PURPOSE
Execute, deploy, review & assist in content aggregation of global articles, AV content, books, periodicals/journals etc. in Family Business. Undertake daily research for content update and curation on the digital platforms of the Institute, for awareness programs, symposiums and interviews with experts / entrepreneurs etc. Will be responsible for overall administrative duties of PFBI also.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Any full-time graduation with PG in MBA/HR
- Certification in Content Creation, digital marketing etc. is preferred
- Online and primary research skills are desirable
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years post qualification experience in HR - Learning and Development and / or research experience in reputed B-Schools / Universities
