JOB PURPOSE
To ensure policies, procedures, SOPs & other requirements are effectively implemented as per the requirements of the Regulator and by maintaining a close interaction for enforcing the same in the shifts with GHAs, Catering, and Fueling, BME & BHS operations for uninterrupted, safe & efficient operational management at IGI Airport. |

Responsible for 100 % compliance of SOPs and work instructions as per the regulatory requirement in respect of Aviation Services. |

To ensure uninterrupted, safe & efficient GHA, Catering, Fuelling, BME (Bridge Mounted Equipment) & BHS (Baggage Handling System) Operations during shifts. |
|
To ensure serviceability of equipment installed pertaining to Aviation Services at IGI Airport. |
|
Responsible for smooth administration, shift reports, log sheet, incident management, updating of inventory |
|
To ensure regular interaction with the Stakeholders |
|
Man management, team development & Employee engagement |
|
Initiate projects like BLIP, Kaizen, 5S, CIP to improve operational efficiency and cost containment |
