Support preparation and coordination of design deliverables for new airports/terminals (including key landside interfaces) by consolidating multi-discipline inputs, tracking comments/actions, and assisting with timely submissions.

Number of New airport projects designed/ initiation / Completion |
|
Maintain coordination trackers and documentation to support statutory submissions and stakeholder approvals for airport design projects, including follow-ups and closure of review comments under guidance.

|
Assist in developing concept options and layout plans by preparing drawings/presentations and compiling basic comparisons (area schedules, pros/cons, high-level cost inputs) as directed.

Support design head and phasing work by capturing stakeholder requirements, updating plans/layouts, and preparing draft notes/schedules for review.

Collect, organize, and summarize relevant project information (site/context, environmental constraints, statutory requirements, and stakeholder inputs) to support design reports and planning submissions.

Assist with capacity and operational efficiency assessments by collecting inputs, documenting issues, and supporting development of improvement proposals in coordination with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B. Arch
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Design, City or Regional or Urban Design, Architecture or Aviation related field
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years’ experience in architecture, urban design, and/or airport design support (e.g., land-use planning, transportation planning, environmental planning, master planning, terminal planning/design).
- Experience preparing design deliverables and basic analytical outputs (drawings, layouts, reports, presentations) with good attention to detail and quality.
- Working proficiency in CAD/BIM and 3D modelling tools, with strong visual/graphic communication skills and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), AI.
- Ability to work independently on assigned drafting/modelling tasks and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams under guidance.
Would be given an added score if candidate has a working knowledge of relevant aviation guidelines/standards (ICAO, DGCA CAR, BCAS, IATA) and applicable building/environment regulations; able to apply requirements with supervision.
