Associate General Manager – Brand

JOB PURPOSE
• Finalize Brand Strategy for GMR AERO and subsidiaries keeping in mind organization growth and diversification
• Design & execute (directly or through asset teams) the brand identity, visual representation and essence for GMR AERO, Respective Assets and Subsidiaries in line with the Brand Manual.
• Collaborate with businesses to develop ideas, briefs and translate the same into visuals, communication initiatives and campaigns.
• Work with extended stakeholders – agencies, freelancers, production houses to address business requirements in alignment with Brand strategy

Establish and Implement design guidelines, best practices and standards |

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Working closely with agencies, production houses, publishers & printers, event managers etc.
- Interaction with vendors working on branding projects being executed by various other departments like Finishes/ CPD / Ops
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Interaction with Senior Leadership Team and their offices.
- Interact with various interfacing departments like Marketing & Pax Exp, ALD, Cargo, Commercial Teams.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Will work with multiple businesses, teams and numerous internal & external stakeholders across India and International Airports to ensure projection and visibility of GMR AERO Brand
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate /MBA Marketing (preferred)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 8 to 10 yrs of relevant experience . Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, Ability to understand the business perspective and sell the creative/communication/marketing idea to the internal teams.
- Be an ‘Idea merchant’ both with internal business teams & Execution partners/teams.
- Adequate knowledge of brand management, advertising and communication
- Understanding of digital marketing methods such as SEO/SEM, social media marketing etc.
- Adequate exposure to qualitative and quantitative market research as well as business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of design software, video editing suites, AI design and enhancement tools will be an added advantage
