JOB PURPOSE

Monitor Housekeeping activities in IBCKP and selected GHBs members residences to ensure cleanliness as per standard and monitor Courier desk (Mail room) activities to ensure timely delivery of documents with optimal cost. .

Support all chairman offices on day-to-day operations pertaining to Facility Management and Office administration of the 3rd Floor.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Food and Beverage Management
•Taking care of hospitality related to GHB,
•Take care of the food and dietary requirement of the GHB and their family members, guests
•Catering to dining room and meeting room requirement
•Handling and training of chefs and pantry boys with respect to their lunch /dinner 
•Manage food and beverage services during external functions
•Plan menu for dining and snacks services for events hosted by GHB
•Make arrangements related to services at meeting rooms
•Suggesting on various menu options to chairman and families as and when required

Office Management
• Take daily rounds of the office area and meeting rooms
• Check cleanliness of the office space before the arrival of employees
• Manage hygiene and upgrade the washrooms facility 
• Coordinate with engineering dept for MEP or HVAC related issues

Meetings Room Management
• Ensure that meeting rooms are set as per SOP and table accessories are properly laid out in a proper manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the meeting room and keep the place hygienic at all times
• To ensure that table appointments viz, water bottle, glasses, pad, pencil and other meeting amenities are well appointed on table
• To ensure pantries are well stocked and staff is presentable

Repairs & Maintenance
•    Zero downtime for any facility at 03rd floor office
•    PM for all electrical and IT items to be regular managed
•    Minimize complaints related to the floor, ensuring availability of Housekeeping, Office boys, Pantry staff, toiletry requisites, carpet shampooing and pest control services.
•    Coordination with various support department and vendor for smooth execution of work

Event Management
•    Arranging various GHB and GMR events in NCR
•    Support events at other locations if required
•    End to end discussion with hotels for GMR conferences/ events
•    Ensuring good quality food arrangements for GHB and GMR senior leadership members
•    Ensuring set up, décor, Audio visuals, photography etc for such events.
•    Responsible for pan India Hotel Contract for GMR employees at Delhi location and extend support to other locations

Under the supervision of AGM – Team is responsible for assisting FMS in operating NUB 3rd Floor, GHB residence, Guest Houses, Pantry & Cafeteria operation and event management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor in Hotel Management from a reputed institution

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 15-20 Years relevant experience in Hotels, Corporates etc.
  • Preferably from Oberoi, Taj, ITC with experience in managing FnB services
