JOB PURPOSE

  1. Lead GHIAL Employee Relations Function in terms of Environmental Scanning and Boundary Management to provide proactive business support.
  2. Facilitate work place harmony through continuous engagement to create a productive and cohesive climate for business.
  3. Leading Compliance and regulatory function to meet corporate and other stakeholder expectations.

Key Performance Indicators

Organization HR & ER Planning and Implementation: Preparation of HR-ops budget, Value for Money Initiatives, Implementation of Group policies, Administering the welfare schemes, disciplinary proceedings including enquiries and timely decisions to team members.  

  • 100% adherence to Human Resource budget.
  • 5% reduction in HR Costs expressed on AOP budget.

 

Regulatory and Compliance Management: Ensure timely compliance with Govt/Statutory authorities regarding labour laws, Employee relations, safety and employee wellbeing.

  • Adverse remark or show cause notices from Govt offices..
  • Licenses & Registrations addressed on time as per business needs.

 

IR and Contract Workforce Management: Lead discussions and Negotiations with the contractors in term of different settlements & grievances and drive a positive employee relations environment.

  • Man days lost/ work disruption due to industrial relations issues
  • % reduction in Contracts administration costs and improvement of services

Stakeholders Management Internal & External: Manage the public relations for the establishment with all external and internal stakeholders like local government authorities, Local politicians, to develop mutually beneficial relationships and manage crisis effectively.

  • Number of Employee Engagement initiatives undertaken- (Skip level/R&R/Closure of Concerns from Town hall/CEO Unplug meetings etc.)
  • Employee satisfaction levels (Determined through Internal /third party surveys)- of  staff category
  • % of improvement achieved under External Customer Satisfaction rate.

RGIA community development: Organizing Games & sports, Safety training programs, Knowledge sharing sessions. 

  • No of Initiatives - % of set object achieved under each intervention.

Special Projects: Business excellence initiative, British safety certifications, Integrated Managements, Drive shared services activities. Cross functional projects, Coordination with senior leader ship team for special visits in Night time. 

  • Course of the different certifications.
  • NC of the audits.

  • Responsible for all 15Nos Entities /companies Regulatory and Compliances needs.
  • Oversea Employee Relations Issues of all Business Entities at RGIA.
  • Proficient in sensitizing Sr Leadership team in advance – during Anti -social disruptions /and take actions as desired to avert any untoward situation/s.( Spl in Current scenario of HYD demographics )

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-Graduation/ PGDIRPM & LW and LLB.
  • Preferably having  Graduation in Laws or having experience & knowledge in Compliance & Regulatory aspects
  • Once should be an excellent influencer and able to address matters amicably under – Collective Bargaining Groups

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
