JOB PURPOSE

Planning, Monitoring & Integration of all Hydro Business 

Project Development activities for Hydro Project

Analysis of work progress and discusses with site in-charge day to day for any bottleneck/ hindrance

Coordination with each department likes finance, procurement & commercial, Power sale, CSR etc. for smooth site progress.

SPOC for all technical aspect during any DD process,  Lenders issues, Lenders engineer issue etc.

Project Management-

 

Rich & extensive experience in Project Management.

Hydro Project construction Planning, Scheduling and cost of project.

AOP Budget preparation and monitoring.

Project Compliances- Statutory & Non statutory.

Project Integration.

MIS, Schedules, Progress Reports, Budget - Target Vs Actuals

Expertise in dealing with Lenders Engineer and Lenders

Dealing with Lenders Engineer for quarterly project monitoring report, Time and cost run approval of the project and response the regular technical queries from Lenders Engineer.

Excellent Knowledge in internal and external stake holder management. Meeting with Govt. agencies like CEA, GoHP, MoP for update on Bajoli Holi HEP.

Ability to take additional responsibility in point of time.

Have been assisting COO/CEO Hydro in technical aspect.

Management information system (MIS) Preparation presentation for top Management and share progress report with way forward to BCM and GCM office.

All departments (Site & Delhi office)–

Very close coordination with site team for any kind of  requirements, needs and discussions for carrying out project activities without any stoppage of work

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Provide technical support to finance to Finance team to meet the requirement of Lenders

  • Support/ coordination with Lenders Engineer for timely disbursement of Fund from Lenders

  • Cost Monitoring & Control for all hydro Business.

  • Expenditure within the Approved AOP Budget.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Significant knowledge in Project Management

Basis knowledge in Hydrology and power potential study.

Assisting CEO & COO –Hydro in technical aspect.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Tech
  • MBA
