Associate Manager - Civil

JOB PURPOSE

Execute and complete Civil, Finishes and Structural works in GHIAL in coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Information Technology works with implementation of highest safety & quality standards ensuring the works are completed within budget & time.

To assist in execution and construction of projects as “Associate Manager- Construction". Role includes having control and supervision of all the day to day construction activities, coordinate with all Contractors staff/ PMC at site. Providing data for making MIS, monthly schedule, daily reports. Checking the layout and ensuring un-interrupted progress of work with good quality & Safety.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assisting Construction Manager in day to day Supervision of all Works as per GFC’s. Building survey/ layout works.

 

 

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Job Role: As an Associate Manager- Construction of SAM Project ( Gateway District)

 

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

To assist in successful delivery of the project, need to coordinate with all the rep. of construction agencies..

 

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• 1. SAM Project: 350 Cr.

   Handle Multiple vendors and stakeholders 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• B. Tech (Civil).  

Other Skill; Basic Knowledge of MSP and Auto CAD

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

8 ~12 years in Commercial office/ ITES Building/ Real Estate/ High finish retail etc.
