JOB PURPOSE
• Provide advice and support to Head-ASTI, Head-AVSEC and Security Managers on development and capability requirements
• Responsible for implementation of National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme
• Coordination with Regulatory Authority
• Supervision of the ASTI’s current and future activities.
• Liaison and coordination with stake holders, external organizations and agencies
• Ensure high standards of discipline among all ASTI employees and trainees
• Ensure high standards and ensure 100% compliances in ASTI at all time.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Commencement of courses at required interval as planned in AOP
- Target of 2.20 Cr
- Meeting annual revenue target
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- To impart AVSEC trainings to external clients at offsite locations.
- To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts of GMA AA for training support
- Contribution towards continual improvement.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate/Postgraduate with AVSEC BASIC COURSE & AVSEC INSTRUCTOR COURSE Certification by BCAS
Preferable Computer Based Training (CBT) Administrator
Must possess Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) covering all the aspects and parameters of Aviation Security;
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
3 years of Experience as an AvSec Instructor (Minimum).
