JOB PURPOSE
To establish & implement the activities to drive the Knowledge Management initiatives, ultimately to meet the objective of building & managing organizational knowledge through the CSR model (Capture – Share & Store - Reuse).
Responsible for strategy and framework design for knowledge & content management, collaboration channels, content contribution and curation process, promotion of new assets, ongoing support and maintenance, feedback collection and gap closure.
Support Head-BE & KM to spearhead GMR Business Excellence Model (GBEM) across the organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Accountabilities:
Drive following key knowledge management activities:
-Organize Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) - Online or Offline by Sharing of Best Practices by Internal Teams, Expert-Led Sessions by External Subject Matter Expert, Share the key learnings of KSS thru Jagruti e-Portal, Encourage teams to make use of the learnings of the KSS, Sharing latest industry news (Quick Aviation Bytes) with the teams in DIAL, Align KM initiatives to specific needs of the business – strategic initiatives - and offer customized solutions
-The role holder to own following KM processes as a custodian: Explore and identify Best Practice, both internal & external, Schedule & organize Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Share key learnings and invite implementation ideas, Track the learnings implemented by DIAL departments & maintain log
-Idea Management System: Supervise idea management system: generation of ideas, implementation of approved ideas and R&R for employees
Key Performance Indicators: No. of Webinars conducted, No. of Best Practice Sharing conducted, No. of key learnings implemented, Number of ideas per employees, Number of implemented ideas

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech/BE/MBA (TQM) /MSc (Stat) specialization in Knowledge Management & Business Excellence Framework like Malcom Baldrige, EFQM
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 8+ with at least 3 years of working experience in Knowledge Management domain; 3+ years of involvement in driving idea/suggestion scheme at a reputed organization; 2-3 years in Business Excellence as a supporting role
- Should be well versed with Taxonomy, chat box functions, web page developer, content management
