JOB PURPOSE
Provide support to BCM on key matters including (but not restricted to):
- Calendar management planning
- Mail management, prioritization, and response.
- Maintain communication tracker
- Board meeting support
- Support on special projects on a need basis
(24/7 Availability and flexibility needed for this role)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Calendar Management Planning-Engage in annual calendar planning for chairman. Oversee smooth functioning of BCM’s calendar. Preparation of meeting plans and circulate within CCMO and GHB office for its finalization. Using Judgement propose options for rescheduling as needed basis business priority or direction from BCM. Ensure through team timely update of BCM’s calendar for scheduled and re-scheduled meetings. Co-ordination for all external appointments of BCM and Coordinating with external Guest, VIP’s etc. and align calendars for the meetings. Ensuring timely reviews of planned meetings and maintaining records. |

Mail management, prioritization, and response-•Review incoming mails in BCM’s official mail ID on daily basis. |
Time-bound response to mails and effective mail prioritization |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Maintain communication tracker-Tracking and Monitoring of Email action points assigned by BCM Manage database of previous communications/mailer by BCM and ensure availability as and when required by BCM. Maintain and update communication tracker with details of respondents/stakeholders. Ensure timely update of addresses as needed |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation / Post Graduation
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

10-15 years of experience in providing secretarial support to a promoter in any family-owned enterprise.
